A lot of my recipes are located here can be adapted to use rice or soy milk (or powdered and water) and acceptable margarine.

Cooking Tips:
- Use a cookie scoop to make your cookies the same size and to save you time.
- My cookie recipes should be soft.  If you know your oven cooks cookies, etc. darker, reduce the cooking time or lower the oven temperature.
- I use a Pyrex liquid measuring cup in my recipes. 

The milk can be room temperature or refrigerated and you can replace the recipes that call for "rice milk" with "soy milk".
Make sure you use plain white vegetab;e shortening for any of the recipes that call for "shortening".

Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies (When we baked these, we used less 3/4 teaspoon salt and no nuts.  Pan Cookies are on this  site too.)
